This 3500 sq.ft. home is set in a very special and remote hillside of a large parcel of land in Southwestern Montana. The home is designed around a central octagon, with gathering areas, indoor and outdoor sleeping areas and communal spaces all built with local materials and finishes. The low profile roof lines and building massing is meant to fit comfortably into the rocky hillside.
